The Florida Bar is accepting applications for one lawyer vacancy on each of the 2nd District Court of Appeal, 3rd District Court of Appeal, 6th, 7th, and 20th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commissions. By letter of Dec. 27, 2016, Gov. Rick Scott rejected The Florida Bar's list of nominees for these seats pursuant to Section 43.29(1)(a), Florida Statutes.
